We tried working with 2 other agents before we met Elizabeth but neither of the other agents seemed like they wanted to make time for us probably due to the excessively busy market. Elizabeth started in with a ton of ideas and possible homes right away. When doing walk-thrus she would help us to focus on the right/important things to look at and basically held our hand through the whole process. She was very punctual in every aspect of her job, when showing up to her property she was always there before us she had already done the research on the property and knew the ins and outs and she was always very quick to respond via text message or email to any questions we had about the process.
